Man have I been waiting for The Pilgrimage (Chapter 2) for quite some time. I had a blast with the first chapter of this and it set things up very nicely. Granted the translation was a tad rough in some places, but I am a huge sci-fi nerd and I felt that the game had a great sci-fi premise and a very hot sci-fi babe so I was able to power through it. This is a lewd adventure game that blends visual novel, sandbox, and point-and-click adventure gameplay all together very well. If you liked the first chapter, you will really like what is going down here. If you have not yet played chapter 1, make sure you do that first.

Setting The Scene

Before we get to what is new in The Pilgrimage (Chapter 2), we need to set the scene of what brought us here. We play the role of this bad as chick who is on a spaceship and she is some kind of space mercenary and she has found herself on a ship with some interesting characters that she ends up making a crew with. However, the ship was also overrun by these evil space monsters/aliens and she needed to do all that she could to make it not only to the planet she was heading to but to make sure she and the others were safe as well.

Space, The Not So Final Frontier

This time around and after surviving the horrors of the last chapter, The Pilgrimage (Chapter 2) has our heroine and her crew leaving that monster infested space station to explore space and find what they are really looking for. Much like the first game, the translation here is not the best, but you still get that sci-fi epic from the story and once again, I found it all very interesting. I am pretty much certain that if you are into sci-fi, you will greatly appreciate the story that is being told here.

Making Your Way Through Space

As far as I could tell (and remember, I am getting old after all) the core gameplay experience of The Pilgrimage (Chapter 2) is the same as it was in the first chapter. You need to click around and this is how you traverse the environment; you also have many character interactions as well and what I liked about this was that they made it seem like the choices you make really do matter. The game also has some combat which may not be all that deep, but it is very fun, and like in the last chapter, they do give you the option to not engage in combat if you prefer. If I were a betting man, I would wager that Mass Effect was a huge inspiration for this game!

The Rear of the Year

The main character (Taia or something like that) is a grade-A sci-fi hottie and the best thing that she has going on for her is that super tight space suit that shows off her huge ass! You get to see it from many different angles and like the previous game, the lewd content here is animated and very smooth. Also, like the previous chapter, you can expect to see our space babe get railed by all manner of nasty looking creatures. Hey, I appreciate the talent of making this happen, but it is just not for me. Overall, the game has a very cool sci-fi style that I am sure you will get a massive kick out of if you are a big fan of the genre.

9

If you enjoyed the previous chapter, The Pilgrimage (Chapter 2) is offering more of the same and I think that the whole crew thing going on here is really cool and something that I think this chapter does better than the previous. The sci-fi vibe of the game is great too and of course, I have to once again mention how great our heroine looks in that tight suit!

Pros:

  • That suit the chick wears is a gift from God!
  • The game tells an interesting sci-fi story
  • I was very impressed with the way that the game looked
  • There is a solid amount of variety in the gameplay

Cons:

  • Will we have to wait ages for the third chapter?
  • The monsters and their giant dongs are kind of gross looking

System Requirements

  • PC compatible
