Today I thought that we could have some fun by looking at the Tails of Azeroth series. The game is actually made up of five, actually six because there is a Christmas special which I do not think is counted as part of the main series…. Anyway, I wanted to take a look at the three episodes I like the best. To be honest, you can play these in any order you want as they are not exactly all that hard to follow.
So What Is This?
Ok, so let me give you a little background on what exactly Tails of Azeroth is all about. Even if you have not played it, I would say that it is pretty safe to assume that you have heard of The World of Warcraft. What we have here is a lewd parody of some of the different elements that the series is known for. I do think that you will obviously get more out of this if you like WOW. However, even if you are not familiar with it, but have a love for fantasy and adventure, you will still have fun here.
I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday
First up I want to talk about the Tails of Azeroth XXXMAS 2019. Hey, I love lewd parodies and I love Christmas so this was the perfect blend for me! Now to be fair, this is probably the most basic of all the chapters, but the Christmas theme is what sets this for me. We basically have to run around and complete tasks for Orc Santa Claus and we end up getting railed by him and his elves in between doing a bunch of fetch quests. To be fair, the entire series as far as the gameplay goes is pretty much go here to get this thing and then take that thing somewhere else. However, the “Holiday Cheer” that this game has is something I get a huge kick out of.
Little Red Lewding Hood
Next up we have the fifth chapter in the Tails of Azeroth series and this one is called Rekindling Red. I will admit that it is the horn dog in me that loves this one as we play as Alexstrasza and she is so freaking hot in this game! As far as lewd parody takes on characters go, I would legit put this up there are as one of the very best! I will say that the “gameplay” here is a bit more convoluted, it was like they tried to make the fetch quests more challenging by making them much harder, but it does become a tad frustrating. However, due to my wanting to see as many XXX scenes as possible with Alexstrasza, I sucked up and got through it! To be fair, fetch quests are pretty much what this series has been built upon so if you have played the other chapters, you will not feel too put out here.
I’m Blue Da Ba Dee Da Ba Di
You know, I think out of all the Tails of Azeroth chapters, Blue Is Better is my favorite one, at least as far as the story goes. We play as a guy who comes home after a raid that has gone badly, if that was not bad enough, we find our wife in bed with another dude! If course, the only right thing to do here is to go on an epic quest for a creepy old dude that will somehow make our penis bigger. I love the sense of humor in this chapter and I also like how they let you speed up the game so walking around is much faster. The only downside is that there is no way to save your game, meaning you have to beat this in one sitting, but as it only takes around an hour that is not too bad.
I would say that I am a casual World of Warcraft fan at best, but I did play the hell out of Warcraft II on the Sega Saturn at a buddy's house during my high school days. Anyway, the Tails of Azeroth series is well worth checking out. The chapters are never all that long, but if you love fantasy and seeing fantasy characters and creatures getting into all kinds of naughty situations, there is a lot of fun for you to have here.
Pros:
- There are five (maybe six as you read this) chapters to check out
- Each chapter is its own little contained story
- I love the XXX fantasy visuals that all of the chapters have
- The 3rd person exploration gameplay is quite impressive
Cons:
- There is a bit of jank in each episode, but not so bad it ruins things
- Some of the fetch quests can be a tad tedious
System requirements
- PC compatible
- Operating systems: Windows 10/8/7/2000/Vista/WinXP
