Starstruck City

Starstruck City is a high end lewd visual novel that tells an interesting story, a story that I am sure many of us wish we could be in. As I write this, the game is quite early in its development so we only have one chapter to play through at the moment. However, I can see the potential really shining through here and I am very excited to see what the developer has in store next. Sure, it may not be perfect, but there is more than enough here to entertain you and make you want to see what happens next.

A Young Man Looking For A Fresh Start

The setup of Starstruck City is about as cliché as you can get when it comes to a lewd visual novel. We play the role of a young man who is starting at a new college and is looking for a fresh start in this new city. Thankfully, his aunt and his cousin live here and they have kindly offered him a place to stay until he can find a place of his own. Yes, this is the start of about 50 million other lewd visual novels, but there is a very cool twist here and that makes this a bit more unique.

A Sexy Young Starlet

The twist that the story of Starstruck City has is that we meet a young woman called Jenny who is part of a band and she is having some tough times and has run away from the spotlight. We find her and tell her that she can come and stay with us until things smooth over and here we build a friendship that can turn into something more with her. Hey, this is awesome stuff and in addition to this, there are many other ladies and characters in the town that we will get the chance to interact with as well. I am very interested to see where this goes, especially the stuff with our pop star princess, Jenny, perhaps she is the real Jenny from the Block!

The Consequences Of Our Actions

What we have here as far as the gameplay of Starstruck City goes is that it is part lewd visual novel and part sandbox adventure game. The visual novel stuff is very well done, even in this relatively early state that I am talking about. The game gives you frequent choices to make and many of them feel like they actually matter and that there will be something that happens down the line as a result of what you chose. The sandbox exploration here is handled really well in that it is very easy to navigate and you have a little checklist type thing that keeps you on task and informed of what you have done in each area.

A Beautiful City Full Of Beauties

The character renders in Starstruck City are truly stunning! I wish I went to a college in a city like this let me tell you that! However, I will say that some of the characters have a very similar look about them if that makes sense. Once I noticed that a couple of characters shared the same face, I could not unsee it, well at least it was a very pretty face. As of me writing this, there is only the one lewd scene and it is a blowjob scene and it is so freaking hot! You do see many of the hot ladies in the city in some revealing situations so that is good. What is here is well done, I just need more of it as there are some hotties that we do not get to see in all their glory just yet.

Pros:

• The stuff with the pop star was really cool
• There are some interesting characters to chat with
• I was very impressed with how good the game looked
• Exploring and moving around was very easy

Cons:

• As of writing, this game really needs more content!
• I hope that they do not add in a bunch of unnecessary grinding
