Knights Of The Last Stand

If you love dark fantasy and big buff hunky dudes, Knights Of The Last Stand is the game for you! Well, I say game, if I am being honest I would have to say that what we have here is verging on a tech demo. Granted, the developer is hard at work on this so by the time you are reading this a lot more content could have been added. I have been following the developer on social media and it is so cool to see all the exciting ideas that they have for this. I love it when a developer gets the players in on things and shares with them the progression of the game.

Become The Hero Of Your Destiny!

At the moment, there is not a great deal of story in Knights Of The Last Stand, but the premise is certainly something that I think is very cool. The idea is that we need to become the hero that we always wanted to be in order to fight off a dark threat that is looming over the land. Most of the stories that I encountered in the game were the character bios that give you a nice amount of backstory and let you know what the deal here is. While there might not be much in the way of a story in the build that I played, I certainly liked what I was experiencing and cannot wait to see it all fleshed out.

Hunky Fantasy Dudes

The characters in Knights Of The Last Stand are awesome and they have a kind of Conan the Barbarian or a Dungeons and Dragons thing going on, but in a gay lewd way. I love the way that they have their big chests and ripped abs out for the most part, but then will have their manhood covered by some kind of fantasy garb. I think that this is way hotter than if they were just walking around in the buff! The funny thing is, if you took away the lewdness of the game and had these characters more “covered up” I think that they would make for great general fantasy characters outside of a lewd game.

Action Jackson

As of me writing this, Knights Of The Last Stand is a pretty basic action game, you just hack and slash away at the enemies that you come across and that is honestly all there really is to the game right now. I would say that it is more Golden Axe than it is something like Elden Ring if you catch my drift, but you can see the potential for expanding the combat in the game. To be honest with you, I hope that they do not go too far with the Souls Like style of combat as I think the hunky dude's premise works better as an all out action/hack-and-slash style of game.

Popping In To See You

I have already talked about how much I love the hunky fantasy dudes that Knights Of The Last Stand has going on and the character models already look very high quality and to be honest, I am not sure what more can be done to make them look better, we just need more of them! The game world at the moment is a bit empty and this is where I think more work needs to go into right now as there is a lot of pop in and while you can see stuff in the distance, it is very low quality until you get closer to it. To be fair, it is a very early build of quite an ambitious game so stuff like this is to be expected.

Pros:

• I love the premise of the story here
• The dark fantasy world has a lot of potential
• While basic, I liked the hack-and-slash combat

• It needs work in pretty much every department
