Echidna Wars DX

If you love lewd action games Echidna Wars DX could very well be the game that you have been looking for. I will warn you off the bat that there is some vore content here, but honestly, if I had not seen the vore tag before I started playing the game, I would never have given it a second thought. I am a huge fan of old-school 2D beat-em-ups and action games from the 8 and 16-bit era so I was very excited to give this a go and I am happy to say that this game did not disappoint.

Aliens That Want To “Consume You”

If you get a kick out of sci-fi, Echidna Wars DX has a story that will entertain you. I was very impressed with how much story a side scrolling action game like this had actually. Basically, Mila is a normal young woman who one day has her world turned upside down when an invading alien force is known as the echidna who are not connected to Knuckles from Sonic the Hedgehog 3 by the way. Mila and her three hottie friends are going to take the fight to these aliens that want to take us humans and insert us…. Anywhere they desire. This is where the vore thing comes into play.

Girls, Girls, Girls

Yup, that was a reference to the legendary Motley Crue! However, Echidna Wars DX gives you three badass hotties to play as. Mirea is a Valkyrie and she is seen as the character for beginners as she offers a wider range of attacks. Sachio is a wolf girl and takes a bit more skill as she is more speed based and requires some fast reflexes to get the best out of her. Then we have Usaco who has a bit of bunny girl and is somewhere in between the other two ladies. Each one has their own play style and giving each one a try to see which is right for you is a huge part of the fun.

For The Good Of The Universe

Echidna Wars DX is like a cross between an old school beat-em-up like Streets of Rage 2 and something like Alien 3 as it has brawling and shooting. Each of the ladies has her own selection of attacks, abilities, and special moves that you will need to use as you progress through the levels. With this being a game based around vore, the enemies will not just hit you, they will always try to grab you which can be annoying, but you can break free. You have three different meters to keep an eye on as you progress. There is XP in the game which will make you and your abilities stronger as you progress. The core gameplay is pretty solid and I think that it offers just the right amount of challenge, to be honest, the biggest challenge comes from not getting too frustrated when you are grabbed repeatedly by the enemies.

It Was The Ripped Pants For Me!

This is a great looking game! I love the retro pixel art style that they have gone for here. Echidna Wars DX has some truly amazing pixel art and I love the design of all three, but it was Usaco and those cheeky ripped pants that show off her butt that really got me! Now, this is a game that deals with vore and I get that is not everyone’s cup of tea. However, I think that as these are aliens we are dealing with here, it is easy to get behind and think that there could be these gross aliens out there that want to consume us in this way. The XXX content is hot when it is just the girls in revealing clothing, however, the vore stuff is always going to be something of an acquired taste in regards to if you find it hot or not.

Pros:

• All of the characters are fun to play as
• I got a kick out of the story
• The pixel art in this game is fantastic
• This is a solid lewd action game that is fun to play

Cons:

• I did start to get a bit frustrated when I was being grabbed constantly
• Some people do not like vore and this game is based around that fetish
